Our Commitment to Quality:

At ExoNova, We exclusively offer exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)—renowned for their regenerative and therapeutic potential. Every product we provide is sourced from verified, high-quality MSCs to ensure consistency, purity, and clinical relevance.  We are representatives for Quintessence Biologics, Inc. and Regen-Active Lab.

If you're a clinic, medspa, or seeking advanced regenerative solutions, we’d love to support your journey. Let’s find the right treatment solution for you.

MSC Exosomes Explained

Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) exosomes are nanosized, naturally occurring vesicles that play a vital role in intercellular communication and regenerative processes. Secreted by MSCs, these extracellular vesicles act as biological messengers—carrying proteins, lipids, and genetic material such as RNA and microRNA to target cells.

MSC exosomes have the unique ability to influence cellular behavior, reduce inflammation, and promote tissue repair. Think of them as tiny therapeutic packages that deliver powerful molecular signals where they’re needed most—supporting healing, regeneration, and overall cellular health. With their regenerative potential and low immunogenicity, MSC exosomes represent a promising frontier in modern medicine, offering innovative approaches to treatment, recovery, and preventative care.

Exosomes Are Not Stem Cells

While exosomes are often associated with stem cells, they are not the same. Exosomes are small vesicles released by cells, including stem cells, but they do not contain nuclei or the ability to self-replicate. Instead, they function as carriers of molecular signals that influence cellular activity. Unlike stem cells, exosomes do not differentiate into new cell types but rather support regenerative processes through their bioactive cargo.

The Role of Exosomes in Science and Medicine

Exosomes are at the forefront of groundbreaking research and medical applications. Scientists and clinicians are exploring their potential in diagnostics, drug delivery, and regenerative medicine. Their ability to carry and deliver bioactive molecules makes them valuable tools for tissue repair, immune modulation, and targeted therapies. In the field of regenerative medicine Exosomes derived from stem cells are being studied for their ability to promote healing, reduce inflammation, and enhance tissue regeneration.

Why Exosomes Matter

The potential of exosomes in biotechnology and medicine is vast. Their natural ability to mediate intercellular communication offers exciting opportunities for developing innovative treatments and personalized medicine solutions. As research advances, exosomes are poised to revolutionize healthcare, offering new hope for patients and advancing scientific frontiers.

FAQs

  • Tell me more about your lab?
Our lab is the only lab in the US exclusively dedicated to exosome harvesting and distribution. Our proprietary extraction technique sets our products apart, our exosomes are not cultured, we extract the whole exosome in its purest form resulting in maximum efficacy. 10% of all of our output is used in our testing protocol which exceeds FDA standards. And every product includes a Certificate of Authenticity which allows complete transparency of the source and testing that specific vial or product has gone through.
  • Where do you get your exosomes?
We partner with FDA-registered cord banks and hospitals across the U.S. to source eligible tissues. These partnerships guarantee that our sourcing practices are ethical, responsible, and compliant with all regulations. All of our exosomes are harvested from scheduled live c-section births.
  • What type of screening and testing is in place?
Eligible donors undergo a thorough 148 point screening, including: Detailed medical history Family medical history Social and travel history assessments Additionally, we test for a range of infectious diseases in FDA CLIA-certified labs, including: Human Immunodeficiency Virus I & II (HIVAg & HIVNT) Hepatitis B and C Virus (HBsAg, HBVNT, HCVAg & HCVNT) Trypanosoma Cruzi Syphilis Human T-lymphotropic Virus (HTLV-I & II) Cytomegalovirus (CMV) West Nile Virus Zika Only tissues that pass all 148 points during screening and testing are used in our products. None of our products are derived from brown fat or plant molecules and they contain no chemicals. We include a Certificate of Authenticity with every shipment, See an example below.
  • What are your donor requirements?
Our donor program requirements are: Healthy, full-term live births via scheduled cesarean section. Expectant mothers must be free of disqualifying medical conditions as well as meet our stringent 148 screening. 10% of each output is used for testing 4 separate times.
